CWP Heating & Air is proud to announce that we now have our very own private label!
We have equipment with our own company name which means no other dealer can offer the same quality and price that we do when selling and installing equipment.
You can tell this by seeing out iconic Cali-bear logo followed by "CWP" on each of these brand new systems.
And better yet, our customers will still receive manufacturer rebates and warranties on these unit types as well.
Here we installed a 3 ton 80% single stage Ultra-Low NOx furnace and single-stage condenser. High-efficiency equipment options are also available as a convenience.

We recently completed a certification course for Mitsubishi Electric regarding their new state-of-the-art HVAC units.
Mini-split systems are a great choice for room additions or homes that require only a small space conditioning system.
Mini-splits have no ductwork and are more energy-efficient than window-mounted AC units.
Multiple indoor units can be installed in the home for one single outdoor unit allowing different temperature settings for each room.
Our technicians are certified for the installation, startup, and service of Mitsubishi Mr. Slim mini-split M & P series systems.
We're one of only a handful of services that are truly Certified in Mitsubishi HVAC Services in El Monte, CA.
This customer had two central air conditioning units for his home - one for each floor (downstairs and upstairs).
Purchasing two central air conditioning units for a house instead of one large unit can be expensive up front but the energy savings will often help offset the initial costs.
Depending on the age and design of one's house, the upstairs is sometimes hotter than the rest of the house when a single unit is installed.
A regular non-zoned central air conditioning unit keeps all areas of a house cold even for areas that are not in use.
As a result, the home is using more energy by overheating or overcooling areas that are not in use. Separate central air conditioning units can add up in energy savings as well.
Another option would be to install a zoned system. This type of system can allow areas of the home to have different temperature settings by using dampers in the ductwork that open and close to regulate and redirect air to specific areas in the home.
A zoned system costs more to install than a regular unit. You would have to find a contractor who knows how to set up the zones properly as there are all sorts of balancing issues to contend with.

Floor furnaces are a natural gas type furnace that sends heated air through vents that are located in the floor.
These type of units do an amazing job of heating homes because they spread heat evenly and consistently.
And since heat naturally rises, having a floor furnace means having much less amounts of heat loss such as escape through your roof or other similar locations around the house.
But most floor furnaces are old and are difficult to maintain since they are at floor level.
They tend to get dirty much more easily and can even become a combustion hazard if severely neglected for too long of a period of time.
Thankfully though, most homes have updated to central heating and air these days.
These types of HVAC systems are far more effective, safer, and energy efficient for the average homed.
Most modern furnaces burn far less fuel than they used to, which leads directly to you saving more money on your heating bills.
Upgrading to more efficient HVAC equipment will even pay for itself meaning you can get back on your investment in the future years.
We replaced this customer's old, worn out floor furnace with a Trane central heating and cooling system.

For this local business customer which we recently helped out near Buena Park, we installed 2 Trane heat pump side flow discharge packaged units; one being a 3-ton unit and another being a 4-ton unit.
During all of our installations, including this one, we're able to measure system performance and provide specific reports in regards to how the overall system is operating.
Additionally, we're also able to provide in-depth documentation based on many factors such as airflow, temperature, pressure, and delivered BTUs (British thermal units) before and after our work is completed.
We always do our best to make our customers aware of the improvements received with their new heating systems, no matter how small or large those improvements may be.
And with winter coming just around the corner, now couldn't be a better time to address all your specific commercial heating system and installation needs.

We recently installed a swamp cooler for a customer in the Murrieta, CA area.
In case you're unaware, swamp coolers use extensive amounts of moisture to help cool the air which it's moving.
For example, when you're hot and sweaty and have a fan blow on you, it cools your skin. Swamp coolers basically operate in this exact same way.
Water is brought into the swamp cooler, fills up at the bottom, and is then distributed onto evaporative pads via water pouring lines.
A blower within the unit helps to pull warm outside air into the unit from which it then proceeds to cool the air through the evaporative pads.
This cool, cold air is then force pumped through the ductwork and into the building.
Interestingly, even enormous swamp coolers, such as the one which we installed, tend to have lower operating costs than more traditional air conditioning systems as a result of them requiring less electricity.
Furthermore, they're healthier on the environment too since they help to bring in fresh outdoor air many times during the hours of the day .
Give Us A Call Today to see if we're able to service your area, which we more than likely can.
Regardless of how large or small of a unit you may need, we're the best choice around when it comes to professional HVAC Cooler Installations in Murrieta, CA.
What Do We Do For This Job?
We performed a repair on a gas heating furnace that had been shut down via red tagging.
Whenever a local gas company finds a potentially dangerous situation with a gas furnace or any other potentially hazardous appliance, they will issue a red tag. The gas company will then, as per procedure and federal safety requirements, shut down the unit.
This procedure is commonly known as Red Tagging. It can be done to furnaces, water heaters, electrical panels, and so on. In order to get the unit back up and running safely, a licensed company must perform the necessary repairs correctly.
In this specific customer’s case, they chose us to take charge of repairing their red-tagged gas heating furnace.
Once all of the necessary repairs and replacements for the gas furnace were taken care of, the gas company came back to check out our work, and everything was as fit as a fiddle.
Their gas heating furnace had been successfully repaired and was back on in no time.
